01 Qualification and Registration Requirements

To use the JOLLYPH platform, you must fulfill the eligibility conditions listed below. If you fail to comply with these conditions, JOLLYPH reserves the right to cancel your account at any time.

• Your age must be at least the minimum age required by JOLLYPH before you can create an account. The minimum age to hold a JOLLYPH account is 18 years old. The age requirement must be satisfied and verified at the moment of registration.
• You must be a legal resident of the Philippines to register on JOLLYPH.
• You are required to have an active mobile number that is registered under your own name.
• Each person is allowed only one account on the platform.
• Every detail you provide during registration must be correct, complete, and updated whenever there are changes.
• You are voluntarily joining JOLLYPH and you confirm that you are in good mental and emotional condition.

Submitting false or misleading information during registration is a direct violation of our terms and conditions. As a result, the related account may be closed immediately without any prior warning, and JOLLYPH has the right to confiscate any remaining balance in that account.

02 Account Management and Control

You are completely responsible for the safety of your own JOLLYPH account. Whatever happens to your login credentials, password, or account activity, you take full accountability for it.

• Do not share your password with anyone, under any circumstances.
• If you log in using an unfamiliar or public device, always remember to log out right away after your session.
• If you ever notice any unauthorized activity on your account, let our support team know right away so we can look into it.
• Transferring, selling, or handing over your account to someone else is completely forbidden.
• For any changes to your account details, always ask our support team for help.

JOLLYPH regularly keeps an eye on all account activity. If we see anything suspicious or unusual, we may temporarily freeze your account and start an investigation. We'll need your full cooperation during this time, and if the check clears you, we'll reactivate your account without any issues.

03 Deposit and Withdrawal Policies

All money moves on JOLLYPH go through safe and transparent processes. You can make deposits and withdrawals using our supported e-wallet and mobile banking channels.

Deposit Terms:

• Minimum Deposit Amount: ₱100
• You can only deposit using your own personal mobile banking or e-wallet account that's linked to your name.
• Deposits made through third parties are not allowed.

08 Account Closing and Suspension

• If an account remains inactive for twelve (12) consecutive months.

You may also request to close your account at any time. In that case, you will be given the chance to withdraw any valid remaining balance, excluding bonus funds, before the account is closed.

09. Our Limits of Responsibility
